The Town of Renfrew is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified businesses, organizations, or service providers interested in leasing vacant tenant space located within the myFM Centre.

The Town of Renfrew reserves the right to request clarification of information submitted in the EOI, to request additional information and to seek consulting services to assist in evaluating and negotiating an agreement. The Town of Renfrew also reserves the right to reject all proposals.

It is mandatory that interested proponents register with the Town of Renfrew. 

Failure to register will result in non-acceptance of your submission.

The Corporation of the Town of Renfrew, hereinafter referred to as the “Town”, is seeking submissions for Miscellaneous Road Rehabilitations. Works include, not limited to: pulverizing existing road surface, asphalt paving, shouldering, structure adjustments, sewer lining, installing concrete gutter, sidewalk removal and localized or isolated replacements, close cut clearing and property reinstatement.

The Owner reserves the right to return any or all “unopened” tenders. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted by the Owner, and the Town reserves the right to award any portion of this Tender.

It is mandatory that you register as a bidder with the Corporation of the Town of Renfrew, hereinafter referred to as the Town or Owner. Failure to register will result in non-acceptance of your submission.

Tenders shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked “Tender 2026-05-IPWE for Miscellaneous Road Rehabilitation” and will be addressed to Ashley Robertson, Purchasing Assistant, Town of Renfrew. Tenders shall be delivered by hand to 127 Raglan Street South, Renfrew, Ontario K7V 1P8, before:  2:00PM Local Time, Tuesday May 12th, 2026. Bids received after closing time will not be considered.
