The Town of Renfrew regularly seeks competitive tender bids, quotes and Request For Proposals (RFP) for various services and products. Complete tender documents are available from Town Office with registration of contractors or suppliers of products or services. Section 10 of the Town of Renfrew Procurement Policy permits cooperative purchasing when in the best interest of the Town. The Town of Renfrew intends to participate in one or more procurements conducted by Local Authority Services (LAS) or Kinetic GPO between June 2025 to June 2026. RFQ 2026-04-IPWE - Request for Quotation – Downtown Horticultural Services 2026

The Corporation of the Town of Renfrew, hereinafter referred to as the “Town”, is seeking bids from qualified and experienced contractors for horticultural services, including the supply, installation and removal of plant material in selected locations within the Town, including the hanging baskets for the downtown.

The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted, and the Town reserves the right to award any portion of this Tender.

It is mandatory that you register as a bidder with the Corporation of the Town of Renfrew.  Failure to register will result in non-acceptance of your submission.

Tender 2026-03-IPWE - Munroe Avenue & Harry Street Reconstruction

The Corporation of the Town of Renfrew, hereinafter referred to as the “Town”, is seeking submissions for renewal of Munroe Avenue East and Harry Street including the replacement of the watermain and water services, replacement of storm and sanitary sewer systems with the addition of a storm outlet at the west end of the project area, and new roadway with streetscape revitalization, new signage including a Pedestrian Crossover (PXO) and pavement markings.

The Owner reserves the right to return any or all “unopened” tenders. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted by the Owner, and the Town reserves the right to award any portion of this Tender.

It is mandatory that you register as a bidder with the Corporation of the Town of Renfrew, hereinafter referred to as the Town or Owner. Failure to register will result in non-acceptance of your submission.

Tender 2026-01-LCRS - myFM Centre Youth Wellness Hub Nurses Stations

The Corporation of the Town of Renfrew, hereinafter referred to as the “Town”, is seeking bids from qualified and experienced contractors for the supply of all labour, equipment and materials necessary for renovations within an existing tenant space at the myFM Centre, the Youth Wellness Hub (YWHO), hereinafter referred to as the “Tenant”.

The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted, and the Town reserves the right to award any portion of this Tender. This offer shall be irrevocable for a period ninety (90) calendar days following the date bids are to be received.

It is mandatory that you register as a bidder with the Corporation of the Town of Renfrew. Failure to register will result in non-acceptance of your submission.
