Through recreation programs, community partnerships and local resources, there are opportunities for seniors to enjoy new experiences, build friendships and participate in activities that support their well-being.

Ancient Rivers Family Health Team

Ancient Rivers Family Health Team offers a variety of groups and workshops, currently focusing on exercise, mental health, and nutrition.

Golden Age Activity Centre

Looking for opportunities to socialize, participate in activities and connect with others? The Golden Age Activity Centre offers opportunities for older adults to stay engaged and build friendships in the community.

Renfrew and Area Seniors Home Support Inc.

Access community support services that help older adults maintain their independence and continue living in their homes. Renfrew and Area Seniors' Home Support can help seniors and their caregivers explore available services.

Youth Programs

Renfrew offers many programs and services for youth of all ages. Great resources are available through the Renfrew Public Library, Town of Renfrew Community & Recreation Services Department and other service providers such as the Renfrew County Youth Wellness Hub just to name a few. Community Partnerships & Youth Resources

Renfrew County Youth Wellness Hub

The Renfrew County Youth Wellness Hub is a welcoming, safe space offering integrated youth services for young people aged 12 to 25 and their families in Renfrew County. These services are accessible to all youth, and are free of charge, available on walk-in or appointment, and require no health card. Mental health and substance use services are integrated with a wide range of other youth services and activities. The goal is to provide young people with the right services in the right place at the right time.
