The Town of Renfrew regularly seeks competitive tender bids, quotes and Request For Proposals (RFP) for various services and products. Complete tender documents are available from Town Office with registration of contractors or suppliers of products or services. Section 10 of the Town of Renfrew Procurement Policy permits cooperative purchasing when in the best interest of the Town. The Town of Renfrew intends to participate in one or more procurements conducted by Local Authority Services (LAS) between June 2023 to June 2024. TENDER 2024-06-DEI O’Brien Road Reconstruction Mask Rd to Wrangler Rd.
Sealed tenders, plainly marked as to contents, Tenders for the “O’BRIEN ROAD RECONSTRUCTION MASK TO WRANGLER” will be received until: 2:00 PM, LOCAL TIME WEDNESDAY APRIL 24TH, 2024 for the reconstruction of O’Brien Road (Highway 60) from Mask Road to the Wrangler Road / Innovation Drive intersection (a distance of approximately 0.6 km) including construction of a roundabout at the O’Brien/Wrangler/Innovation intersection. The project will include grading; granular base; paving; concrete curb and gutter; concrete sidewalk; new storm sewers; minor upgrades to sanitary sewers and water system; street lighting, traffic signals and landscape features & restoration.
If you wish to register to submit a tender and receive the tender documents, they must be obtained digitally from the Town of Renfrew, by emailing Ashley Robertson, Purchasing Assistant, arobertson@renfrew.ca after 9:00 a.m. on Friday March 22nd, 2024. An email will be returned with the link and password where the documents, drawings and any future addenda may be retrieved.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL 2024-08-CAO- Horticultural Services – Town of Renfrew
The Corporation of the Town of Renfrew is seeking proposals for horticultural services, including the assessment and planting of beds, supply of plant material, and delivery of hanging baskets for the downtown. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted, and the Corporation Town of Renfrew reserves the right to award any portion of this request for proposal.
It is mandatory that you register as a bidder with the Corporation of the Town of Renfrew. Failure to register will result in non-acceptance of your submission. TENDER 2024-05-CS Library Exterior Renovation Capital Project
The Corporation of the Town of Renfrew is seeking bids for the supply of all labour, equipment, and services to carry out the replacement of concrete steps and masonry, walkway replacement, replacement of 2 doors with new automated door openers, and installation of eavestroughs for the Renfrew Public Library located at 13 Railway Ave, Renfrew, under the Community Services Department.
