We’re Updating Our Financial System. 

The Town of Renfrew is currently transitioning to a new financial software system to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery.

What This Means for You:

• New Utility Account Numbers
  All residents will receive updated utility billing account numbers.
  Examples:
  • Old: 123456A → New: 000 123456.000
  • Old: 123456B → New: 000 123456.001
• E-Billing Re-Registration Required – May 2026
  Residents who receive e-bills will need to sign up again for both:
  • Water/Utility Bills
  • Property Tax Bills
• PIN Required for Registration
  When you receive your first Utility Bill and Tax Bill from the new system, you will find a unique PIN printed on each bill.
  • This PIN, along with your new account number, is required to set up your e-billing account.
