The Town of Renfrew is currently transitioning to new e-bill software

We’re Updating Our Financial System.

The Town of Renfrew is currently transitioning to a new financial software system to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery.

What This Means for You:

New Utility Account Numbers
All residents will receive updated utility billing account numbers.
Examples:
- Old: 123456A → New: 000 123456.000
- Old: 123456B → New: 000 123456.001
E-Billing Re-Registration Required – May 2026
Residents who receive e-bills will need to sign up again for both:
- Water/Utility Bills
- Property Tax Bills
PIN Required for Registration
When you receive your first Utility Bill and Tax Bill from the new system, you will find a unique PIN printed on each bill.
- This PIN, along with your new account number, is required to set up your e-billing account.

Renfrew Public Library and Town of Renfrew release a quarterly program guide with events and programs happening in March, April and May.
