Term Maintenance Labourer

Under the supervision of the Recreation Operations Specialist and the Recreation Lead Hands, the Maintenance Labourer is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the myFM Centre, Ma-te-Way Park, as well as playgrounds and sportsfields. The Maintenance Labourer will perform a variety of physical tasks (i.e. lifting or carrying heavy objects etc.) to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of Town of Renfrew recreation facilities for patrons and staff. This is a unionized position in the CUPE Local 121 bargaining unit and the duration of this term position will be July - December 31st, 2024 with potential for extension subject to operational requirements.
