Renfrew Town Council will be hosting Structured Town Hall sessions on October 14, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers. Both sessions will feature the same presentation and discussion topics to provide residents with flexible attendance options.

The Structured Town Hall format is designed to foster public engagement, transparency, and meaningful dialogue between residents and their local government. These sessions offer an opportunity for Council and Town of Renfrew Staff to present key municipal initiatives, gather community feedback, and involve residents in the decision-making process.

Discussion topics will include:

• Sidewalks – Preferred level of service for maintenance and future construction
• Roads Prioritization – Identifying and prioritizing road improvements within the Town

Residents are encouraged to attend one of the sessions to share their perspectives and contribute to these important community discussions.
