It’s that time of year again! 🌟

The Town of Renfrew is looking ahead to our 2026 Citizen of the Year Awards, taking place July 1st during the Town’s Canada Day celebrations! 🇨🇦

We’re currently looking for engaged Town of Renfrew residents to join the Anonymous Selection Committee that will help review nominations and select this year’s award recipients!

This committee plays an important role in recognizing the individuals and groups who make a lasting impact in our community through their dedication, leadership, and volunteerism.

Committee members will take part in a confidential selection meeting in June to review submissions and choose the 2026 recipients.

Individuals interested in joining the selection committee can reach out directly to Hannah MacMillan at hmacmillan@renfrew.ca by May 25th at 4:00 PM.
