The McGrimmon Holdings Fitness Centre, located on the second floor at the myFM Centre in Ma-te-Way Park, offers a convenient place to stay active and work toward your fitness goals. The Fitness Centre is open seven days a week, except on statutory holidays.
Memberships and daily drop-in passes are available through the myFM Centre Reception Office as well as online HERE.

Monday–Sunday: 6:00 am–9:00 pm
Statutory Holidays: Closed
Membership Fees
Drop-In (one day) - $8.85 + HST
One Month - $52.00 + HST
Three Months - $130.00 + HST
Six Months - $234.00 + HST
One Year - $364.00 + HST
Fob Deposit
Effective January 1, 2026, a $10 fob deposit is required when purchasing a membership. The deposit will be refunded when you finish using the Fitness Centre and return your fob to the Reception Office.
Members who received a fob without paying a deposit are not eligible for a refund when returning it.
Youth & Student Policies
- Student Discount: Students aged 13–17 receive 50% off membership fees.
- Parent/Guardian Consent: A parent or guardian must sign the required Agreement and Waiver for youth members.
- Supervision: Members aged 13–15 must be accompanied by a Fitness Centre member aged 18 or older.
Resident & Non-Resident Rates
Posted fees apply to residents of the following municipalities, which have Recreation Agreements with the Town of Renfrew:
- Town of Renfrew
- Township of McNab/Braeside
- Township of Greater Madawaska
- Township of Admaston/Bromley
- Township of Horton
Non-resident rates are 50% higher than the posted fees.
Daily Drop-In Passes
Daily drop-in passes can be purchased at the Reception Office during regular office hours.
Reception Office Hours
Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m-9:00 pm
Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 am–2:00 pm
Please note that Reception Office hours differ from Fitness Centre hours. Drop-in passes and membership assistance are available during Reception Office hours.
