The Town of Renfrew regularly seeks competitive tender bids, quotes and Request For Proposals (RFP) for various services and products. Complete tender documents are available from Town Office with registration of contractors or suppliers of products or services. Section 10 of the Town of Renfrew Procurement Policy permits cooperative purchasing when in the best interest of the Town. The Town of Renfrew intends to participate in one or more procurements conducted by Local Authority Services (LAS) between June 2025 to June 2026. RFQ 2025-08-DE Request for Quotation - Supply and Delivery of Sea Containers
The Corporation of the Town of Renfrew, hereinafter referred to as the “Town”, is seeking detailed quotations for the supply and delivery of two (2) new Sea Containers 20’ by 8’ to the Renfrew Water Treatment Plant located at 244 McAndrew Avenue, Renfrew Ontario.

Tender 2025-07-IPWE - Stevenson Crescent Rehabilitation
The Corporation of the Town of Renfrew is seeking bids for the Renewal of Stevenson Crescent, including the improvement of drainage characteristics through the removal and rehabilitation of asphalt, the adjustment of surface structures, and the provision of asphalt gutters.

Tender 2025-02-IPWE - Ma-te-way Park Drive Watermain Replacement
Sealed tenders, plainly marked as to contents, will be received until:
2:00 PM, LOCAL TIME THURSDAY, JUNE 12, 2025
for the watermain replacement on Ma-Te-Way Park Drive from Haig Avenue to myFM Centre (approximate distance 0.6km) including new watermain and water services, road reinstatement, entrance reinstatements, culvert replacement, asphalt milling, asphalt pulverizing, hot mix paving, pavement markings, concrete sidewalks, concrete curbs, PXO installation, parking lot improvements and landscape restoration.

RFSO 2025-03-DE - Request for Standing Offer of Professional Real Estate Services
The Corporation of the Town of Renfrew, hereinafter referred to as the “Town”, issuing this RFSO in order to establish a Standing Offer listing of up to five qualified firms to be drawn from by the Town on an as-required basis within the time period of up to five (5) years.
