The Town of Renfrew regularly seeks competitive tender bids, quotes and Request For Proposals (RFP) for various services and products. Complete tender documents are available from Town Office with registration of contractors or suppliers of products or services. Section 10 of the Town of Renfrew Procurement Policy permits cooperative purchasing when in the best interest of the Town. The Town of Renfrew intends to participate in one or more procurements conducted by Local Authority Services (LAS) between June 2025 to June 2026. Tender 2025-07-IPWE - Stevenson Crescent Rehabilitation

The Corporation of the Town of Renfrew is seeking bids for the Renewal of Stevenson Crescent, including the improvement of drainage characteristics through the removal and rehabilitation of asphalt, the adjustment of surface structures, and the provision of asphalt gutters.

It is mandatory that you register as a bidder with the Corporation of the Town of Renfrew, hereinafter referred to as the Town or Owner. Failure to register will result in non-acceptance of your submission.

RFP 2025-05-LCRS - Request for Proposal for Ma-te-way Park Power Supplies Phase 1

The Corporation of the Town of Renfrew, hereinafter referred to as the “Town”, is requesting proposals for upgrade/replacement of electrical equipment required to update the power supplies and lighting within Ma-te-way Park. This includes the supply, delivery, and installation of materials for panels, enclosures, underground feeders to panels and enclosures, and feeders to existing light standards. Phase 1 of the project is to update Block Building Electrical Upgrades, Tye field new UG feeders to existing light standards, new UG feeder and enclosure at Seeley field.

It is mandatory that you register as a bidder with the Corporation of the Town of Renfrew. Failure to register will result in non-acceptance of your submission.

Tender 2025-02-IPWE - Ma-te-way Park Drive Watermain Replacement

Sealed tenders, plainly marked as to contents, will be received until:

     2:00 PM, LOCAL TIME THURSDAY, JUNE 12, 2025

for the watermain replacement on Ma-Te-Way Park Drive from Haig Avenue to myFM Centre (approximate distance 0.6km) including new watermain and water services, road reinstatement, entrance reinstatements, culvert replacement, asphalt milling, asphalt pulverizing, hot mix paving, pavement markings, concrete sidewalks, concrete curbs, PXO installation, parking lot improvements and landscape restoration.

Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring that their Tender is received and time stamped before the date and time stated above. Receipt of each Tender will be confirmed by the Owner’s time clock stamp. No other time clock stamp will be considered valid. The Owner will not be responsible for any Tender received or time stamped after the stated closing time, and will not consider any such Tender.

RFSO 2025-03-DE - Request for Standing Offer of Professional Real Estate Services

The Corporation of the Town of Renfrew, hereinafter referred to as the “Town”, issuing this RFSO in order to establish a Standing Offer listing of up to five qualified firms to be drawn from by the Town on an as-required basis within the time period of up to five (5) years. The pending extension of Highway 17 is expected to be a driver of growth and development for the decades to follow, presenting a compelling opportunity to participate in shaping the future of the Town through development of the Town’s extensive real estate portfolio.
