The Town of Renfrew regularly seeks competitive tender bids, quotes and Request For Proposals (RFP) for various services and products. Complete tender documents are available from Town Office with registration of contractors or suppliers of products or services. Section 10 of the Town of Renfrew Procurement Policy permits cooperative purchasing when in the best interest of the Town. The Town of Renfrew intends to participate in one or more procurements conducted by Local Authority Services (LAS) or Kinetic GPO between June 2025 to June 2026. Tender 2025-15-LCRS - myFM Centre Community Hall Flooring

The Corporation of the Town of Renfrew, hereinafter referred to as the “Town”, is seeking bids from qualified and experienced contractors for replacement of the flooring in the Recreation Fundraising Team Community Hall including removal of old materials, and the supply, delivery, and installation of new material.

It is mandatory that you register as a bidder with the Corporation of the Town of Renfrew. Failure to register will result in non-acceptance of your submission.

Tender 2025-12-IPWE - Roof Replacement for the Municipal Garage

The Corporation of the Town of Renfrew, hereinafter referred to as the “Town”, is seeking bids for replacement of the roof at the Municipal Garage. This includes the removal and disposal of the existing metal roof, as well as supply, delivery and installation of materials for a new roof.

Tender 2025-11-IPWE - Seventh Street Rehabilitation

The Corporation of the Town of Renfrew, hereinafter referred to as the “Town”, is seeking bids for the Rehabilitation of Seventh Street, including the removal and replacement of the road base and surface, the adjustment of surface structures, and improvements to the Towns water systems via the installation of watermain and appurtenances.
