The Town of Renfrew regularly seeks competitive tender bids, quotes and Request For Proposals (RFP) for various services and products. Complete tender documents are available from Town Office with registration of contractors or suppliers of products or services. Section 10 of the Town of Renfrew Procurement Policy permits cooperative purchasing when in the best interest of the Town. The Town of Renfrew intends to participate in one or more procurements conducted by Local Authority Services (LAS) or Kinetic GPO between June 2025 to June 2026. Tender 2026-01-LCRS - myFM Centre Youth Wellness Hub Nurses Stations
The Corporation of the Town of Renfrew, hereinafter referred to as the “Town”, is seeking bids from qualified and experienced contractors for the supply of all labour, equipment and materials necessary for renovations within an existing tenant space at the myFM Centre, the Youth Wellness Hub (YWHO), hereinafter referred to as the “Tenant”.
The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted, and the Town reserves the right to award any portion of this Tender. This offer shall be irrevocable for a period ninety (90) calendar days following the date bids are to be received.
It is mandatory that you register as a bidder with the Corporation of the Town of Renfrew. Failure to register will result in non-acceptance of your submission.

RFP 2026-02-DE - Request for Proposals for Replacement of the Landfill Weigh Scale
The Corporation of the Town of Renfrew, hereinafter referred to as the “Town”, is seeking proposals and solutions from qualified contractors for replacing the weigh scale the Town of Renfrew Landfill located at 376 Bruce Street, Renfrew, ON including the supply, delivery, installation, and calibration of the weigh scales.
The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and the lowest or highest as the case may be will not necessarily be accepted. The right is reserved to accept the whole or any part of the proposal.
