This workout focuses on improving strength and stability while challenging your balance reflexes and enhancing body awareness. It works through your body’s entire range of motion, leaving your whole body feeling energized and balanced. A great challenging workout for ALL fitness levels. This routine consists of approximately 30 minutes standing, 10 minutes floor and 20 minutes barre/chair.

Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Bring water with you to stay hydrated.
Bring a yoga mat, towel, yoga blocks, and resistance band. *We have some available to use.
