Renfrew Hospice - Caregiver Wellness Gathering
Calling all unpaid caregivers!
Focus on allowing yourself to nurture monthly at no cost.
Immerse yourself in a restorative wellness journey. This session will include hand-rolled beeswax candle making, a gentle candle gazing meditation (Trataka), and a healing sound bath. Facilitated by Sheila from The dOMe Retreat.
