Exhausted & Excellent - 2026 Women's Retreat
The Exhausted and Excellent weekend retreat for women is inspired by summer camps of our youth and our self-care needs of today. Enjoy a weekend to rest and refresh, sharing in food and activities with other women, while building confidence and community in a peaceful environment surrounded by nature.
The retreat runs from Friday, June 5 early afternoon to Sunday, June 7 early afternoon, and costs $595 per person. This includes:
- All meals and snacks
- A selection of workshops and activities designed to help you unwind
- Unstructured time to read, nap, chat, soak in the hot tub, create, and more
- Shared, rustic accommodations for two nights
Optional private treatments are available for an additional fee, paid directly to the provider.

Environment Day with the Kitchissippi-Ottawa Valley Chapter of the Council of Canadians
Celebrate Environment Day with the Kitchissippi-Ottawa Valley Chapter of the Council of Canadians
When: Saturday, June 6. Drop in from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: Stewart Hall at Trinity St. Andrew's United Church, 291 Plaunt St. S. Renfrew
This is a free festival for all ages. Highlights include Mother Earth Medicine Wheel Teaching, Ottawa Riverkeeper presentation and Go Fish activity for children, energy efficiency consultations, trivia games and food, fun and pizza.
