Marshall’s and Town of Renfrew Sign New Five-Year Agreement

The Town of Renfrew and Marshall’s have signed a new five-year agreement.
Both parties have agreed to terms which will allow this long-standing business to remain at the Innovation Centre located at 1 Innovation Drive in Renfrew.
The outstanding amount in arrears has been addressed and the lease achieves fair market value for rent. The parties have also agreed to a dedicated outdoor storage area and clean up of the premises.
“On behalf of the Town, I’m happy to see this matter concluded with a new five-year term,” stated Renfrew Mayor Tom Sidney. “We thank Marshall’s for their community service and recognize that all outstanding matters are now resolved.”
Dave Bennett, the owner of Marshall’s added, “We are pleased to keep our operations where they are to support local jobs and the economy.”
The execution of the new lease with Marshall’s was authorized by Renfrew Town Council at its meeting on October 30th, 2023.
